Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international biotech company. You will be accountable for the sales results and development of new and existing business within Key Customer biopharma accounts.
Core Duties:
- Building and maintaining key relationships, with the ability to apply understanding of customer organisations, needs and networks to integrate the company’s innovative product workflows into their research, translational research and clinical applications
- Using your science background in a commercial environment to make a direct impact on business revenue
- You need to drive and exceed agreed financial targets as well as business forecasting and analysis
- You will work closely with the leadership team to deliver a high impact sales strategy
Responsilbilties:
- A BSc in a biological discipline (MSc/PhD in immunology, cell analysis or cancer biology desired)
- Demonstrable track record of success in life science sales with a minimum of 5 years sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Excellent presentation skills to all size and audience types
- Good commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Must be based within an hour’s commute of Stevenage
