As a Technical Support and Training Specialist in this biomedical research company team, you will provide scientific, technical and training support to Customers and Staff, responding to telephone and email enquiries, as well as visiting customers on-site.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Resolve complaints and collect and analyse data.
• Provide product and application training for customers and staff
• Work with the sales, service, marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Handle daily technical support enquiries on products from customers.
• Communicate with customers using phone, e-mail, and other means as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• MSc/PhD in natural science (biology, biotechnology, medicine) 
• Experience in different biological fields such as cell biology, immunology, haematology, neurology, or stem cells
• Experience with flow cytometry (essential), cell culture, functional assays, and cell processing
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapies would be a distinct advantage
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• Confidence in presenting and giving training
• Self-motivated team player
