We are seeking a Customer Care Representative who will respond to customer service inquiries related to company products, features, and services.

In this role, you will research, document, and communicate recurring technical issues, escalating unresolved matters to the Technical Support team as needed. You will also facilitate and coordinate Returned Material Authorizations (RMA) when necessary.

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
  • Document and communicate technical issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support team to resolve complex issues.
  • Facilitate and coordinate RMA requests.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer requirements.
  • Provide order entry and order management support.
  • Schedule orders and service dates, and create invoices.

 

We are looking for people who have:

 

  • Minimum Bac+2/3 education level.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Relations.
  • Interest in the scientific field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT and English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with office IT tools (Microsoft Office, ERP / SAP experience is a plus).
  • Must be based near Marcy (France).
